  • Maasage sessions are based in Swedish techniques, incorporating elements of the traditional Hawaiian LomiLomi massage, Hot stones, stretching and energy work. This session can be adjusted for everyone.

  • A gentle hands on, clothed, session working along the vertebral column encouraging the flow of cerebral spinal fluid. Great for those experiencing stress or chronic pain.

  • Reiki is a Healing technique that requires minimal touch. It encourages the flow of energy to reduce stress and create healing.

  • Massage in the Comfort of your home This luxury experience will leave you feeling you’re best in the place you most love to be.

    $150 for 60 minutes

    $180 for 90 minutes

While I have immense respect for modern medicine and the incredible advances in surgery, I often see clients turning to surgery too quickly when issues could be addressed through a more holistic approach. Regular massage therapy is one of the best ways to not just relieve stress, but also to ease chronic pain, reduce tension, and improve overall quality of life.

That’s where Sky comes in.

Sky is a licensed massage therapist with a passion for helping clients feel their best. Since becoming licensed in Fall 2022, Sky has been combining the soothing touch of a spa experience with the practical, solution-oriented mindset of a medical approach. With training from Cortiva Institute’s 900-hour program, Sky has honed her skills working both independently and within medical offices, giving her a unique ability to tailor each session to your specific needs. Whether you're in need of relaxation or addressing a particular issue, Sky’s goal is to make a real difference in how you feel.

Healing with Sky offers Mobile Massage to the Honolulu Area, and office based sessions at 750 Kapahulu Ave.
